A clear, structured way of working — so progress never feels random.

AUJ Digital follows a simple but powerful process across digital marketing, web development, and automation work. Instead of chasing tactics, we move through discovery, diagnosis, design, launch, and iteration — with clear outcomes at each step.

Why process matters:

Great tools and ideas are wasted without a reliable way to execute. Our process gives your project a rhythm: what we’re doing now, what’s next, and how we’ll know it’s working.

  • Fewer surprises and last-minute chaos
  • Shared expectations and clear success metrics
  • Space for experiments without losing control

You always know why we’re doing something and what it’s supposed to achieve.

Five stages that shape every engagement.

Whether it’s digital marketing, a website build, or an automation project, we move through these stages. The specifics change — the logic stays the same.

01
Discover

We understand your business model, customers, current setup, and what “good” looks like in the next 6–12 months.

  • Kickoff call & context gathering
  • Review of existing assets & tools
  • Clarified goals and constraints
02
Diagnose

We audit your funnel, data, website, and operations to find bottlenecks, leaks, and opportunities.

  • Analytics & tracking review
  • Funnel & UX analysis
  • Automation & tooling check
03
Design

We design a focused roadmap: what we’ll build, improve, or automate — and in what order.

  • Prioritized roadmap & milestones
  • Channel, page, and workflow plans
  • Defined KPIs and reporting
04
Build & launch

We implement the plan: campaigns, pages, dashboards, and automations — shipped in clear, manageable increments.

  • Build campaigns, pages, and workflows
  • Implement tracking, events, and dashboards
  • Soft launches, QA, and final go-live
05
Measure & iterate

We watch the numbers, learn from behaviour, and keep running structured experiments to improve performance.

  • Regular reporting & reviews
  • Experiment design & analysis
  • Continuous improvement roadmap

Different ways to work together — same core process.

We adapt the engagement model to your stage and needs. The process stays structured whether we’re doing a sprint or a longer-term partnership.

Strategy / audit sprint
3–6 weeks • One-time project

A focused sprint to diagnose your current setup and design a clear roadmap. Ideal if you have a team to execute but need direction and structure.

  • Funnel & analytics audit
  • Website / UX & automation review
  • Prioritized roadmap & recommendations
Great for “Where do we start?”
Build & implementation
6–12 weeks • Project

We take the roadmap and execute: campaigns, pages, integrations, and automations — then launch with measurement in place.

  • Landing pages, funnels, and flows
  • Automation & AI workflows
  • Tracking & dashboards connected
Great for “Let’s make this real.”
Ongoing optimization
3+ months • Retainer

We become your long-term partner: monitoring, experimenting, and refining your growth engine month after month.

  • Monthly experiment cycles
  • Continuous CRO & automation tweaks
  • Quarterly strategy reviews
Great for “Let’s keep compounding.”

A rhythm that keeps everyone aligned.

We agree on a simple communication and reporting structure so you never have to guess what’s happening. No endless meetings, no disappearing acts.

  • Clear primary channel (email, Slack, etc.)
  • Weekly or bi-weekly progress updates
  • Monthly or quarterly strategy reviews

You get updates that focus on what we did, what we learned, and what’s next — not just screenshots.

Typical weekly cycle (for ongoing work):
  1. Plan: Agree on 1–3 key priorities for the week.
  2. Build: Execute on campaigns, pages, experiments, or workflows.
  3. Measure: Check the impact of previous changes on agreed KPIs.
  4. Adjust: Refine the plan based on data and new context.

This keeps everyone focused and avoids having 20 half-finished priorities and no real progress.

What we typically need to get started.

Don’t worry if this feels like a lot — we guide you through it. The goal is to make sure we have enough access and context to move quickly without back-and-forth delays.

Questions teams usually ask before we start.

If anything here isn’t clear or your situation is unique, mention it when you reach out. We’d rather adjust the process where it helps than force a rigid template.

Strategy or audit sprints usually take 3–6 weeks. Build projects often run 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Ongoing optimization and automation work typically starts with a 3–6 month commitment so we have enough time to implement, measure, and improve.

Yes. Many clients start with a focused project — for example, fixing analytics, redesigning key pages, or building a specific automation flow. Once the foundation is strong and we’ve built trust, we can expand into a broader engagement.

We prefer to work with your existing team whenever possible. We bring strategy, systems, and specialized execution, while your team brings product knowledge and day-to-day context. In some cases we act as an external growth/automation team if you don’t have one yet.

That’s fine. We start by working inside your current stack and improving processes around it. If we see that a tool is truly blocking progress or adding unnecessary complexity, we’ll explain why and suggest alternatives — but we don’t force migrations without a strong case.

Early on, we agree on a small set of KPIs that match your goals — for example, qualified leads, demo requests, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, or time saved on manual tasks. We report on these regularly and adjust the plan based on what the data shows.
If this process feels like a fit, the next step is simple.

Tell us where you are today, what you’d like to see in the next 6–12 months, and what’s blocking you. We’ll respond with honest thoughts, a suggested engagement shape, and clear next steps.
